Specification of Cottages
Each of the three elegantly furnished, superbly equipped cottages
has unique appeal. All have fitted carpets and central heating throughout
and are furnished to an exceedingly high standard with quality antiques
or reproduction furniture and lighting, luxury curtains, pictures
and fitments. Colour television and video in all drawing rooms with
TV points in master bedrooms
 All
bathrooms include a fitted hairdryer and shaver point and the fully
fitted kitchens are equipped as follows:
Electric oven/hob and extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher,
toaster and electric kettle.
A separate laundry room is provided for the use of guests and a
48 hour laundry service is available.
 Designated
car parking space in courtyard.
Post Office and Local General Store in Lea Village (approximately
1 mile). No. 38 Bus from Gloucester to Hereford stops at the end
of the drive.
Mobile phones are available for the duration of your stay.
Grosvenor and Harewood each have their own private walled courtyard
gardens. The Italianate garden and greenhouse are a particular feature
of Wharton Lodge and are for the use of all guests.
For the benefit of subsequent guests smoking is not permitted in the cottages. Guests may smoke in their courtyard garden (Grosvenor or Harewood) or under the pergola in the Italianate Garden
